Laxmi Cotspin's board appointed Mrs. Sharda Ghansham Sikchi as an Additional Non-Executive Women Director. The board also approved voluntarily striking off its wholly-owned subsidiary, Laxmi Style & Design Private Limited, which has not commenced operations.
