Usha Martin's board approved Q4/FY26 consolidated results. Q4 revenue hit ₹979.26 Cr, PAT ₹155.12 Cr. For FY26, revenue stood at ₹3,691.06 Cr, PAT at ₹491.50 Cr. A dividend of ₹3.75 per share was proposed. New Cost and Internal Auditors were also appointed.
