IDBI Bank's Board met on April 30, 2026, approving Q4 FY26 consolidated net profit of ₹2,007.12 Cr and full-year net profit of ₹9,209.97 Cr. The bank also recorded a gain of ₹1,210.49 Cr from its NSDL share sale.
