GHCL Textiles approved audited Q4/FY26 results. The board proposed a dividend of Rs. 0.60/share (30%) for FY26 and cleared a capital budget of Rs. 127.77 Cr for FY27. Deloitte Haskins & Sells was appointed as statutory auditor for five years.
