PSP Projects' board approved audited consolidated financials for the year (Revenue: ₹3,148.66 Cr; Net Profit: ₹55.52 Cr) & quarter (Revenue: ₹1,115.24 Cr; Net Profit: ₹21.09 Cr). Re-appointed internal/cost auditors, and proposed G.K. Choksi & Co. as joint statutory auditor. AGM on June 27, 2026.
