NALCO's board approved Q4 consolidated profit of ₹1,722.44 Cr & FY26 profit of ₹5,797.01 Cr. A 3rd interim dividend of ₹2/share was declared. The board also approved winding up of Utkarsha Aluminium Dhatu Nigam JV & increasing Khanij Bidesh India JV's capital to ₹1000 Cr.
