Kajaria Ceramics' board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results. Declared a final dividend of ₹6/share (total ₹14/FY26). Also announced a share buyback of up to 21.5 Lac shares at ₹1380/share, valued at ₹296.7 Cr. A ₹210 Cr plant expansion for 10 MSM tiles was also approved.
