Company's board put forward a ₹6/share final dividend (₹14/year total). Approved ₹210 Cr plant expansion adding 10 MSM capacity. Proposed buyback of up to 2.15 Cr shares at ₹1380/share, totaling ₹296.70 Cr. Also, ₹45 Cr invested in a subsidiary, and ₹50 Cr CCPS acquired in another.
