LALPATHLAB has announced its FY26 consolidated revenue at **₹2,762.9 Cr** and profit at **₹509.8 Cr**. The board also proposed a final dividend of **₹4/share**, approved 100% acquisition of Shahbazkers Diagnostic Centre (<**₹20 Cr**) for Mumbai expansion, and will form a Dubai subsidiary.
