LALPATHLAB's Board approved FY26 audited financial results. It also declared a final dividend of INR 4/share, acquired Shahbazkers Diagnostic Centre for up to INR 20 Cr, and plans a Dubai subsidiary for strategic investments. Key director re-appointments were also approved.
