Star Housing Finance Ltd — Important, 01-05-2026: Company Update

Star Housing Finance provided an update on an external audit related to a National Housing Bank (NHB) snap audit report. The company had shortlisted M/s. Parikh & Associates as independent auditors for this purpose. However, the appointment of these auditors is now on hold as per instructions from the Board and Management. The company clarified that the matter under review remains at the stage of suspicion, and the existence of any irregularities has not yet been substantiated.
