Uday Jewellery Industries Ltd — Important, 01-05-2026: Company Update

The company has allotted 4,50,000 new equity shares at Rs. 154 each, following the conversion of previously issued warrants. This preferential allotment saw 1,50,000 shares issued to the Promoter/Promoter group and 3,00,000 to the Non-Promoter/Public group. The company received an aggregate of Rs. 5.1975 crore from this warrant exercise. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 34.05 crore, now consisting of 3.41 crore equity shares. This transaction strengthens the company's capital structure.
