R Systems International has completed its composite merger with Velotio Technologies and Scaleworx Technologies, effective May 1, 2026, after receiving NCLT sanction. This move aims to integrate operations and expand scale. Consequently, Velotio and Scaleworx are now dissolved, and R Systems' authorized share capital has increased to INR 20.70 Cr.
