HFCL clarified funds from its preferential issue will invest ₹90 Cr in subsidiary HFCL Advance Systems. This enables acquisitions: Spiral EHL (₹25 Cr), Defsys Aerospace (₹25 Cr), Thermal Weapon Sight (₹50 Cr), and Raddef (₹75 Cr), totaling ₹175 Cr. Subsidiary secures remaining ₹85 Cr.
