Hubtown Limited — PPTs, 01-05-2026: Investor Presentation
Hubtown reported strong FY26 presales of ₹4,382 Cr and collections of ₹1,910 Cr. For the nine-month period ending December 2025, proforma presales reached ₹3,603.3 Cr and collections were ₹1,506.9 Cr. This robust performance is primarily driven by premium residential projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
The company's strategy focuses on developing its extensive land reserves and launching premium residential, second homes, and commercial projects. A key strategic pillar is debt reduction, having lowered listed company debt from ₹2,302 Cr in March 2017 to ₹1,127 Cr by December 2025. Corporate restructuring via mergers of key promoter-owned projects (like 25 South, 25 Downtown) is underway, aiming to consolidate operations.
These merged projects are significant contributors to sales. Management expects cash generation from existing projects to further reduce debt, with the listed company's standalone debt-to-equity ratio at 0.48. A pipeline of upcoming projects is also in place.
