Dr. Lal Pathlabs has completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in Shahbazkers Diagnostic Centre Private Limited. SDCPL is now a wholly-owned subsidiary, expanding Dr. Lal Pathlabs' diagnostic network and market presence.
