Anlon Tech's board has approved increasing authorized share capital to ₹8 Cr & a ₹49.99 Cr preferential issue of 12.54 lakh shares at ₹398.50/share. They also proposed Rohan Unnikrishnan as Exec. Director and revised managerial pay. All subject to EOGM on May 25.
