Zen Technologies reported FY26 consolidated net profit of ₹217.93 Cr on ₹773.11 Cr revenue. The Board proposed a final dividend of ₹1/share. The order book is strong at ₹1,336.04 Cr. Dr. Sreenivas Rao Yellamanchali was appointed CTO. A subsidiary fire caused ₹2.14 Cr loss, covered by insurance.
