Zen Technologies' board approved full-year consolidated net profit of Rs 217.93 Cr and Q4 net profit of Rs 47.24 Cr. A final dividend of Re 1 per share was put forward. Orders on hand are strong at Rs 1,336.04 Cr. Dr. Sreenivas Rao Yellamanchali was appointed CTO.
