Mohini Health & Hygiene's board approved the NCLT-sanctioned resolution plan to acquire Winsome Yarns Ltd. They'll form an SPV to fund the ~₹162.90 Cr settlement for ~₹1926.88 Cr claims, gaining 95% control. Winsome Yarns (textile/hydropower) will remain listed.
