Sandur Manganese's wholly-owned subsidiary, Sandur Pellets Private Limited (SPPL), has been dissolved via voluntary liquidation. SPPL never commenced operations or generated revenue, thus contributing negligibly to the parent company's financials. This marks an operational cleanup for the company.
