GSPL announced its amalgamation into Gujarat Gas (GGL). Shareholders will receive 10 GGL shares (INR 2/- each) for every 13 GSPL shares (INR 10/- each). Trading in GSPL shares will be suspended. Post-merger, a gas transmission business demerges into GSPL Transmission.
