Nila Infrastructures has announced a board meeting which approved consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY26 with an unmodified audit opinion. For FY26, revenue was ₹152.22 Cr, with a net loss of ₹11.53 Cr. The Board also appointed new internal and cost auditors for FY27.
