India Shelter Finance delivered robust Q4FY26 & FY26 results. Gross AUM grew 29% YoY to ₹11,044 Cr, with FY26 PAT up 33% YoY to ₹503 Cr. RoE reached 17.6%. Asset quality strengthened as Gross Stage 3 improved to 1.2%. Board declared ₹10/share dividend.
