Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced its audited consolidated financial results for FY26. Net Profit after tax is ₹19,287.89 Cr. Board proposed a dividend of ₹0.65/share. Bank divested 30.99% in Infina for ₹1,293.91 Cr and will integrate KMIL's business for synergies.
