Kotak Mahindra Bank reported robust Q4FY26 standalone PAT of ₹ 4,027 Cr (+13% YoY) and FY26 PAT of ₹ 14,008 Cr (+2% YoY). Net advances grew 16% to ₹ 496,009 Cr, with deposits up 15%. Asset quality improved (GNPA 1.20%). Board proposed a ₹ 0.65 dividend.
