Shetron Limited's Board has approved key re-appointments. Mr. Kartik Manohar Nayak is re-appointed Joint Managing Director for three years (May 15, 2026, to May 14, 2029), pending shareholder approval. Nayak, bringing two decades of experience, has been instrumental in expanding the metal cans and twist-off caps divisions. The Board also re-appointed Messrs. Ishwar & Gopal and Messrs. T.R. Chadha & Co. as Internal Auditors, and Mr. Vishwanath Bhat as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27, based on Audit Committee input.
