Epigral delivered a strong Q4 FY26, reporting record revenue of ₹736 Cr, up 22% QoQ, driven by a 15% sequential volume increase. Profit After Tax (PAT) surged 109% QoQ to ₹82 Cr, with an 11% margin. For FY26, revenue was ₹2,542 Cr (down 1% YoY), and PAT stood at ₹333 Cr. The Derivatives & Specialty business now contributes a significant 54% of Q4 revenue.
Strategic investments totaling ₹394 Cr in FY26 are progressing well. Expansions in CPVC Resin (adding 75,000 TPA) and Epichlorohydrin (adding 50,000 TPA) are on track for H1 FY27 commissioning, positioning Epigral as the world's largest CPVC and India's largest ECH producer. A new 19.80 MW Wind Solar Hybrid Power Plant is also set for Q2 FY27. The company is actively transitioning towards specialty chemicals, targeting 70% of revenue from this segment by FY28.
Management expects Q4 momentum to continue into FY27, with ongoing projects enhancing financial performance and meeting rising demand.
