Aimtron Electronics' H2 FY26 consolidated revenue reached ₹178.6 Cr, with EBITDA at ₹36.9 Cr and PAT at ₹25.7 Cr. For the full year FY26, revenue jumped 89.2% YoY to ₹301.2 Cr, and PAT increased 79.4% YoY to ₹46 Cr. EBITDA margin stood at 22.6%, and PAT margin at 15.3%.
Management aims for 40-50% CAGR growth towards a ₹1,000 Cr revenue journey in the next couple of years, with a consolidated EBITDA outlook of 20-22% and PAT of 15%. The company’s open order book is robust at approximately ₹600 Cr, primarily from domestic clients with international clientele (70-75%), and includes a $12 million order for data center UPS systems. They are expanding globally, and their US acquisition, Aimtron International Controls (AIC), is targeted to achieve Aimtron-level margins (18-20%) within two years through cost efficiencies. Aimtron is venturing into niche sectors like aerospace & defense and railways with high-value product engineering solutions. While aggressive growth leads to negative cash flow, stabilization is expected post the ₹1,000 Cr revenue milestone. The company remains focused on complex, high-value electronics manufacturing, mitigating competition and supply chain risks.
