Exide Industries saw Q4 revenue grow 9.4% YoY to Rs. 4,551 Cr and PBT surge 22.6% to Rs. 420 Cr. The Board proposed a Rs. 2/share dividend for FY26. Auto OEM sales jumped 25%+. Its lithium-ion plant progresses, with samples expected by Q1 FY27.
