Ambuja Cement achieved highest annual volume of 73.7 MnT and EBITDA of Rs 6,539 Cr (up 31%). Quarterly sales rose 10% to 19.9 MnT, with revenue of Rs 10,915 Cr and EBITDA of Rs 1,464 Cr. Mergers with Sanghi and Penna Cement are complete. Capacity now 109 MTPA, expanding to ~119 MTPA.
