SBEC Sugar Limited has completed the full and final settlement of dues from Modi Industries Limited. The company received the balance sum, including interest, under a One Time Settlement. This resolves outstanding dues of Rs. 141.77 crore, stemming from a debt assignment agreement from February 03, 2026. With this payment, SBEC Sugar Limited confirms there are no further outstanding principal, interest, or other charges from Modi Industries Limited. This recovery strengthens the company's financial position by realizing a previously assigned debt.
