Manappuram Finance's board approved consolidated financial results for Q4 & FY26, with NPAT at Rs. 302.36 Cr & Rs. 1665.64 Cr respectively. An interim dividend of Rs. 0.50/share was declared. Authorized share capital increased to Rs. 300 Cr, and Rs. 2,192.47 Cr was raised via equity shares.
