Tata Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 04-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Tata Technologies Board approved FY26 consolidated financial results. It proposed a total dividend of Rs 11.70/share (Rs 8.35 final + Rs 3.35 special). The company completed its Es-Tec GmbH acquisition for ₹532 Cr fixed consideration, plus variable payouts. A new Company Secretary was also appointed.
