Vikram Kamats Hospitality's subsidiary, Vitizen Hotels Limited, has signed a Management Agreement for a new 6-acre hotel property in Igatpuri, Maharashtra. This expansion includes approximately 33 chalets, two restaurants, an upper deck bar, three swimming pools, three lawns, and a grand banquet. The hotel is expected to commence operations in June. This new addition will expand the company's hospitality presence beyond its current 19 hotels across India, signaling growth in its managed properties portfolio.
