Manappuram Finance's board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results: Net Profit ₹1,665.64 Cr, Revenue ₹10,011.20 Cr. Declared ₹0.50/share interim dividend, bringing FY26 total to ₹2.00. Also infused ₹788.43 Cr into Asirvad Microfinance & ₹150 Cr into Manappuram Home Finance via rights issues.
