Mahindra Holidays announced a CFO transition. Mr. Vimal Agarwal resigns effective June 30, 2026, moving to a new role within the Mahindra Group. Mr. Rajiv Vimal, an accomplished finance leader, has been appointed as the new CFO, effective July 1, 2026.
