GHCL Limited — Important, 05-05-2026: Committee Meeting Updates

GHCL's Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 1,96,500 new equity shares of Rs. 10 each to 10 individuals, including two Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), through its ESOS 2015 program. This allotment increases the company's Issued & Paid-up Capital from Rs. 91.93 Cr to Rs. 92.13 Cr. Consequently, the total number of equity shares has risen from 9,19,34,155 to 9,21,30,655. This move reflects ongoing employee incentivization and impacts the company's capital structure by slightly increasing the share count.
