Mahindra & Mahindra Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 05-05-2026: Record Date

Mahindra & Mahindra's Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 33 (660%) per equity share for FY26. To be eligible for this payout, shareholders must hold shares on the Record Date, which is Friday, July 3, 2026. The dividend, if approved at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on July 30, 2026, will be distributed shortly thereafter to eligible investors.
