Shanthi Gears has announced a board meeting where it approved Q4 & FY26 results. FY26 revenue was ₹ 518.72 Cr, PBT ₹ 102.70 Cr. A final dividend of Rs. 2/share was proposed, making the total FY26 dividend Rs. 5/share. Mr. K Ilango joined as Independent Director. Q4 order booking hit ₹ 178 Cr.
