Aadhar Housing Finance's Board approved audited consolidated financial results for FY26: PAT at Rs 1095.88 Cr, total revenue Rs 3672.58 Cr, & Basic EPS Rs 25.31. The Rs 1000 Cr IPO proceeds were fully utilized. Blackstone also acquired a 64.90% stake in the company.
