Shoppers Stop board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results: Revenue hit ₹5,043.32 Cr, with a loss of ₹36.09 Cr for the year. The company will invest an additional ₹40 Cr in its beauty subsidiary. Independent Director Arun Sirdeshmukh and PwC (as internal auditors) were also re-appointed.
