PTC India Financial Services (PFS) has announced a board meeting approving Q4 & FY26 consolidated financial results, with FY26 profit at ₹319.36 Cr. The MD & CEO resigned, and a new nominee director was appointed. PFS is actively working to meet infrastructure exposure norms.
