Aadhar Housing Finance's board has approved proposing M/s. N M Raiji & Co as Joint Statutory Auditor for FY26-27 to FY28-29. They will replace M/s. Kirtane & Pandit LLP, whose term concludes. Shareholder approval is awaited.
