SAJ Hotels' board meeting approved consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board also appointed Mr. Jugal Kishor Mimani as the new Chief Financial Officer and M/s. Akkad Mehta & Co LLP as Internal Auditor for FY27.
