Earlier, the company regularized a 1-day delay in related party transaction disclosures with a Rs. 5,000 fine, a 16-day delay in shareholding pattern submission with a Rs. 32,000 fine, and an 8-day delay in its share capital audit report filing. Previously, a Rs. 13,00,000 penalty for disclosure delays related to a substantial acquisition was reduced to Rs. 6,50,000 on appeal, concluding the matter.
