Prevest Denpro Limited's Board has approved an investment of up to AED 500,000 in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Prevest Denpro Gulf General Trading LLC. This cash investment will be made in one or more tranches to expand the company's business operations in overseas markets. The 100% owned subsidiary, based in the UAE, is set to commence import, export, and general trading activities, bolstering the company's international footprint. The investment process is expected to be completed by March 2028.
