Hero MotoCorp has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 75/- per share (3,750% on face value Rs. 2). This dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 43rd AGM, will use Friday, July 24, 2026, as the record date. Shareholders on record that day will be eligible for the dividend payout.
