EMA Partners India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 05-05-2026: Buyback

EMA Partners India has announced a buyback offer worth up to ₹7.25 Cr, targeting 7.25 lakh shares (3.12% of total capital) at ₹100 per share. The buyback will be conducted via a Tender Offer on a proportionate basis. Eligible shareholders can tender shares from May 7, 2026, to May 13, 2026. Notably, the promoters do not intend to participate, which could mean a higher acceptance rate for other shareholders.
