Lloyds Metals' Board approved audited Q4 & FY26 consolidated results. They declared a Re. 1/share final dividend and greenlit NCDs worth Rs. 700 Cr, plus an enabling approval for Rs. 2,500 Cr. A new step-down subsidiary in Papua New Guinea for mining was also approved.
